Purchases

Lives are consumable purchases. A purchased life lets you start one new expedition; it does not revive a run. Purchased lives never expire. Unused lives are stored on your game profile on our server, not in the App Store or Google Play, so they cannot be "restored" through the store. To keep them on a new device, create a recovery code in the app (Profile → Recovery) and keep it safe.

Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. If a purchase is refunded, unused lives from that purchase are removed; lives already used are not charged again and your balance never becomes negative.

The daily-lives passes ("3 lives per day", "5 lives per day") are one-time purchases that stay with your Apple or Google account. On a new device or profile, use "Restore purchases" in the shop to unlock them again.

When you contact us about a purchase, please include the order number from your store receipt. Never send us your recovery code.

Daily lives

Every profile receives one expedition per UTC calendar day for free, or 3 or 5 per day with a daily-lives pass (owning both passes gives 5). Daily lives reset at 00:00 UTC for everyone and do not accumulate.

Account deletion

You can delete your profile in the app (Profile → Delete profile) or on the deletion page.
